Family Transit 2 Hotel - Hanoi

Close to the airport, which is super convenient when you're tired from traveling. The room was spacious and nicely decorated, with a good shower. Free and fast Wi-Fi was a big plus for me as I could easily browse the web and watch my favorite shows. The selection of TV channels was great, both local and international.

Communication was a bit of a challenge as the hotel staff didn't speak much English. The lack of an elevator was inconvenient, especially if you have heavy luggage.

This is a comfy property, clean, and located just next door to the airport and bus stop 86 to Hanoi city. Location to Hanoi bus station. Will come back; our experience here was good...

Complimentary breakfast is provided, with options such as hot and fresh banh mi sandwiches.

Some guests experienced issues with noise, particularly from loud music in the reception area early in the morning.

The room I booked for 2 actually had 2 big beds, a pleasant surprise. The location was also convenient, just a short walk or car ride from the airport. The room was clean and the shower was surprisingly spacious.

The hotel had excellent internet speed and a wide selection of both local and international TV channels. We were able to easily watch web-TVs from other countries using the web browser on the TV. The breakfast options were delicious, with hot and fresh banh mi sandwiches as one of the choices. The hotel was conveniently located near the airport, making it easy for us to catch our flight.

family transit 2 was even better than my previous stay in hanoi. the staff was kind and helpful, offering affordable airport transfers. the spacious room had excellent internet, a cozy atmosphere, and a delicious breakfast.
